Scott prides himself on serving the client by becoming part of their team. Through total immersion in their industry, and a deep knowledge of their business, he stays current with any trend that may affect them. He also has a personal touch, concerned with the bigger picture of their business and life as a whole, not just a singular focus on the accounting aspect. As a result, his clients feel well taken care of.

Scott’s specializes in estate planning, complex tax compliance and consultation. He also participates in various mediations and defends PDM’s clients in IRS audits.

Education and Affiliations

Scott graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has a Masters of Taxation from the University of Southern California. He is the president of the Board of Directors of the California Society of CPAs (CalCPAs) Los Angeles Chapter and a member of the CalCPAs Estate Planning Committee (statewide). Scott is also a member of the South Bay Estate Planning Council. In addition, he is currently chairman of the Harbor Interfaith Services Board of Directors. He also serves on the Board of Directors of H.E.L.P., an organization dedicated to empowering older adults and their families.
