The following benefit programs are offered after 90 days of commencement of employment:

Compensation

  • Salary– We continuously monitor current salary surveys to ensure that our employees are among the highest paid in the industry.
  • Overtime– We believe that our team and senior level employees deserve compensation for the extra time they put in.
  • Bonus– A discretionary bonus program is available.
  • Profit sharing– We have a discretionary profit sharing plan.

 Time Off

  • Vacation– We believe that vacation fosters a quality work environment and promotes an appropriate work life balance. Accordingly, our employees accrue vacation time from three weeks to five weeks annually.
  • Holidays– Our employees are given approximately 9 holidays per year.
