Experience

With more than four decades in private practice, Lacy’s specialty is real estate and client representation in IRS and State tax audits. During Lacy’s tenure as board member for Sunwest Bank, one of the largest banks headquartered in Orange County, CA, he served on the audit, ALCO, and credit committees.

Education and Affiliations

Lacy is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration. Lacy currently serves on the advisory board of Premier Bank of Palos Verdes and as treasurer of the Long Beach Police Foundation Board.
